SHIPPING

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your information. The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes.

All items in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Pre-orders items are specially noted with their delivery time frames.

Our collections are handcrafted and produced with jewelers and silversmith in New York City. Everything will be made, packaged, and shipped in an orderly manner. Once shipped, most US orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Tracking will be provided for all packages.

International Shipment

The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.

RETURNS

You can return your purchase within 14 days of your delivery date. To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

– Items must be in its original, unused, unscratched condition.

– Items must returned with original tags and packaging.

– Sale items, Preorders, made-to-orders and custom orders are not available for return.

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

How to make a return

    1. Email us at info@left-r.com with a return request. We cannot accept a return without first being notified. Please quote your order number and the item name and we will provide you with more information.
    2. Ensure the package starts its shipping back to us within the 14 days return period. The return is at your risk, so please use a tracked, insured and signed for delivery service, so that you and we both know that it is safely on its way back. 
    3. For international returns, please mark the outside of the parcel “RETURNED U.S. GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent the parcel being held in customs or refused on delivery back to the U.S. Ensure you keep and provide us with your tracking number, so we can monitor the return.
    4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will check for wear and tear and that the item is in original, unused, unscratched condition. We will email you and aim to refund you within 7 days into the original account that you paid with. Please note that neither the original delivery charges, nor any international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.

Left.R reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

EXCHANGES

If the jewelry arrived damaged due to some unexpected circumstances, we are happy to exchange the item.

Please email info@left-r.com and we will provide a shipping label. Once we received the return item, we will send a replacement.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees if any are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
